Returns Policy

At True Mavrick, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Return Eligibility

a. Timeframe:
You have [10 days] from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.

b. Condition:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

a. Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@truemaverick.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

b. Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

3. Refunds

a. Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within [7-10 business days] and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

b. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@truemaverick.com

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

5. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
